Integrations
Connect the hub to the tools you already use — and keep straight which of you is connected: you, your organization, a persona, or a product.
A connection belongs to somebody.
An integration is not a global switch. It is held by a specific owner — you, an organization, one of your personas, or one of your products — and that owner is what decides which agents may use it and whose data moves through it. This site puts the owner first and the provider second.
One flat list of providers hides the question you have.
A list of connected providers cannot tell you which product is posting to that channel, or whether a persona has its own credentials or is quietly borrowing yours. Lead with the destination and the answer is the first thing on screen.
Destination first, then provider.
Your own integrations
the connections you hold personally, at the top of the list.
Organization integrations
the same list, for the organization you are acting as.
Every persona you own
a persona can hold its own credentials instead of borrowing yours.
Every product you own
the connections that belong to the product, not to whoever happened to set it up.
Pick the owner, then connect.
- Pick a destination — yourself, your organization, a persona, or a product.
- Pick a provider and connect it. The credentials are stored against that owner and nothing else can reach them.
- Change or disconnect from the same place. What you revoke here stops working for that owner alone, and leaves every other connection standing.
